Shipping policy
Shipping Information:
We currently offer free delivery services to 26 regions in the EU mainland and 48 regions in the continental United States. This does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other US territories, as well as EU island regions. Shipping costs are covered by Fubike, and orders are shipped from Poland or the United States. FedEx or UPS handles deliveries to different regions in the EU. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, stock orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (may also ship the same day), excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Delivery takes 4-7 days. Any delivery dates provided by Fubike are estimates.

Note: Order arrival time = Order processing time + Delivery time
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays due to restrictions imposed by manufacturers and courier companies. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
Special circumstances such as large orders, new product releases, or replenishment days may result in extended shipping times.
Note: Once the product is signed for, Fubike is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. For any items lost, stolen, or damaged due to FedEx or UPS service actions or inactions, we can assist you in filing a claim with FedEx or UPS, but we are not primarily responsible.
Note: After shipping, it may take several days for the tracking number to activate in the courier company’s system. If this information does not appear on the courier company’s website, please try again later.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the latest information and to contact the shipping company regarding any changes in delivery dates. Fubike is not responsible for any parcels that cannot be delivered.
Shipping Changes and Cancellations:
Before Shipping:
1. You may cancel your order by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will not be confirmed until you receive a valid confirmation email from our customer support team. A 10% credit card processing fee will be deducted.
2. Address Change: Free if contacted the same day of ordering and before shipment.
3. Order Modification: Free if contacted the same day of ordering and before shipment.
Note: Shipping schedules are generally processed and shipped on the next business day after your purchase. If the order is purchased during business hours, our shipping processing time will be fast, and changes will not be possible.
After Shipping:
1. Order Cancellation: If your order has been shipped and cannot be modified, you can refuse the parcel, but you will be required to pay a return shipping fee of 180 euros. Shengmilo will provide a return label for the designated carrier to collect the return parcel.
2. Address Change: No charge if the address can be successfully changed. If the address change is unsuccessful, you can refuse the parcel. We will consider this a refund request, and we will charge a return shipping fee of 180 euros.
3. Order Modification: Order modification is only applicable to electric bicycles. If you need to replace with a different model, the customer can contact our customer service in advance, reorder the required model, and return the product from the original order.
Note: Customers need to email Shengmilo’s customer service team to cancel the order. Once the cancellation request is approved, Shengmilo will send a cancellation notification email to the customer. Customers should not send return parcels to Shengmilo without receiving notification. Shengmilo will reject all parcels that do not arrive on time, and the customer will be responsible for any related costs or losses.
Order Tracking:
If you have registered an account on fubike.com, you can track your order as well as shipping and processing information. If you have not registered on our website, you can still track your order using your order number or through the respective logistics official website. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
Note: If you have not received your bicycle yet but the logistics order shows that the goods have been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. After 3 business days, we will no longer process this issue, and the customer will need to contact the respective logistics company to resolve the issue.
